Can I change an item?

If your order has been sent, we advise you to wait until you have received it and then contact our Customer Service to request a return. We remind our customers that once the order has been confirmed it can no longer be cancelled.

Before sending the Products back, the Customer must request authorization for the return by filling in the form found inside the package.

Based on the reasons for the product return, we will inform you of the procedure to follow.

 

I have received a garment that I do not like or does not fit me properly, what do I do?

If you do not like the product you purchased, just make a request for authorization of the return by filling in the “Request a Return” form, which should then be sent by fax to the number 0346.23456 or by e-mail to the address info@dkbsport.com. The package can then be sent back at your expense to the warehouse address stated in the e-mail received following confirmation of your request to return. Once the package has arrived at the warehouse, its condition will be checked. Subsequently, within 30 days, you will be refunded. Products not considered in a suitably good condition will not be refunded (see the rules in “rights of withdrawal” in the Terms and Conditions section). The refund will be automatically transferred to the credit card used to make the purchase and a message will be sent to the e-mail used in the order.

 

I have received a different product from the one I ordered, what do I do?

If the product you receive is different from the one you ordered, DKB will take full responsibility for the return. You will have to request authorization for the return by filling in the “Request a Return” form, after which you will receive instructions explaining the courier pick-up service, at no extra charge. As soon as the package has been returned to the warehouse, the condition of the garment will be checked and then within 30 days you will receive a refund. Garments not considered to be in good condition will not be refunded. The refund will be automatically transferred to the credit card used to make the purchase and a message will be sent to the e-mail used in the order.

 

I received a defective garment, what do I do?

If the product you received has some type of defect, DKB will take full responsibility for the return. You will have to request authorization for the return by filling in the “Request a Return” form, after which you will receive instructions explaining the courier pick-up service, at no extra charge. When will I receive a refund?

As soon as the package returns to our warehouse, no matter the reason, the conditions of the garment will be checked and within 30 days you will receive a refund.

 

Can I change a garment bought from the on-line DKB SHOP in a store?

No. You must always return it to on-line DKB shop.
